Capabilities
Printing – Our printing capabilities allow us to meet our customers unique and custom printed deisgns ranging from simple 1 color prints to eye popping 4 color process prints. We can match all film and PMS colors.
The Order Process – Once we receive your order, you will be sent an Order Confirmation to confirm your PO, which you will sign and return. Factory art proofs will then be sent for approval on all new orders.
Customer Service and ETA Report – You will have a dedicated CSR as well as a backup CSR, we will always be available to help with your individual needs. Estimated Time of Arrival reports are sent from our office every 2 weeks to update you with the current status and ETA of the order.
Shipping – All orders are quoted FOB Import Packaging’s warehouse in NJ, IL, TX OR CA, unless otherwise specified by customer.
